How to participate

The exchange of knowledge and experiences among the evaluating community will be PROMOTED THROUGH DIFFERENT TYPES OF ACTIVITIES: keynote speeches by internationally renowned speakers; conversations between panelists and participants; thematic panels; individual papers addressing themes of the Joint Conference; posters or infographics; and special activities that, due to their characteristics, foster effective participation of the public. The Joint Conference will be preceded by professional training workshops, aimed at capacity development.

ReLAC, REDLACME and IDEAS are pleased to invite the international, national and regional evaluation community to choose a Conference Theme and one of the formats listed bellow, and present work proposals. Please be aware that all the accepted proposals require the attendance of the proponent(s). Proponents are required to indicate whether they need funding/sponsorship to attend.

A Review Committee, composed of knowledgeable and experienced academics and professionals, will review and select the proposals received.
